Terry graduated with a diploma in Petroleum Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1986. After completing mud school, Terry was stationed in Peace River, AB from 1986 -1993 and St. Albert, AB from 1993-1995 with Protec Mud Service Ltd. as a Drilling Fluids Representative. Terry acquired extensive drilling fluid experience in the drilling of experimental horizontal wells in the Wabasca area as well as conventional, horizontal and complex wells throughout Western Canada. In 1995 Terry was transferred into sales in Calgary and became Sales Manager for Protec in 1997 and then Newpark Canada after their purchase of Protec in 1999. In 2003 Terry became a partner in Pinnacle Drilling Fluids Ltd.

Michel graduated with a HVAC Technical Certificate from NAIT in 1992. He worked the rigs from, Leasehand to Derrickman, in Alberta and Saskatchewan from 1994 - 1997.

Michel has worked as a Drilling Fluids Field Representative from 1997-2006 for various companies including Protec Mud Services, Newpark Canada, Advantage Mud Systems, Marquis Fluids and Prairie Mud Service where he was transferred to Calgary Sales. Michel brings many years of field experience such as horizontal wells, deep vertical, high pressure and sour operations. His mud experience includes all types of water base mud, as well as Silicate, and oil based drilling fluids. In 2012 Michel became a partner in Pinnacle Drilling Fluids Ltd. and is instrumental in Pinnacle's involvement in the oil and gas industry in Quebec and Nova Scotia.

Jay attended the Eisman School of Drilling Fluid Technology in 1979, and has worked as a field representative for various companies including Protec Mud Services, Newpark and currently Pinnacle Drilling Fluids Ltd. Jay has extensive experience in the Western Canadian sedimentary basin as well as the Arctic/Beaufort Sea, Yukon/NWT and North Africa. Jay holds valid certification in H2S, BOP, WHMS and TDG.

Ross has worked for Pinnacle since 2011 on a variety of complex wells in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia, building and maintaining both water based and oil based drilling fluids. He holds current certificates in H2S, First Aid, WHMS and TDG.

Randy has been stationed in Grande Prairie since 1988 working for various drilling fluid companies and has been involved with the more challenging deeper wells drilled in this area and is very well respected by all companies he has worked for. Randy holds valid certification in H2S, BOP, WHMS and TDG.
